Why Civil Engineering
Because the world thinks big. Civil engineers make the big stuff happen, helping to design and build the structures that shape the cities we live in. Around five thousand new graduates are needed for Civil Engineering jobs over the next 10 years. The BEngTech (Civil) could see you designing high-rise buildings, looking after our harbours, waterways and airports, or building bridges and roads.
You’ll learn how to work with all types of people on a range of different projects in every kind of environment. Whether you choose to work in Geotechnology, Water, Roading, Transport, Structural Engineering or Environmental Engineering, you’ll have the chance to sculpt your career the way you want to.Click here for the details from an institution near you.
